ArtLink Award

The prestigious “ArtLink Most Promising Young Music Artist in Serbia Award” has been established in 2005 for young artists that showed the greatest potential and attained the highest achievements in the field of classical music in a given year. The Award was always conferred at a gala event at the Belgrade City Hall, attended by the representatives of the City, diplomatic corps, media and business, and followed by a New Year’s Concert at the concert hall of the Kolarac Endowment – always as the first concert in a calendar year – in cooperation with Kolarac Endowment.

Every year the Award it is the Musical Surprise of the Year. In addition to the monetary part of the Award that was provided by sponsors, the recording and publication of the CD, as well as media promotion and concert engagements, have all been organised by ArtLink and its partners. The young artists have been provided with the opportunities for several concerts in Serbia, at the annual ArtLink Festival, with Camerata Balcanica and other chamber and solo concerts abroad in cooperation with different partners.

The ArtLink Award has been sponsored by Audi and by Societe Generale, as well as by a number of distinguished partners and donors including the City of Belgrade.
